2004 Capital Resin Binders & Coatings - Columbus, Ohio and formed distribution and R&D agreement with Mancuso Chemicals
2006 Acquired Protech Coatings - Dallas, Texas
2008 Doubled plant size in Orrville, Ohio to add production capacity
